Booking Policy
50% of the total package cost must be deposited before 3 months (First day of the Tour) as an initial deposit in our
company’s account to confirm the package Remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected on 2 months before arrival
(First day of the Tour). Evacuation Insurance is mandatory.

The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement.
Check In & Check out Time is 12:00 noon as per Hotel Policies (early check in is subject to availability)
Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be
responsible. In few tourist destinations, the facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc. cannot be matched to developed
destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing are not as per Star
Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*,3* and so on. We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument
during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours. Extra cost may be applied for any unexpected event.
Company has a right to reschedule the site seeing days to ensure smooth execution of tours.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancelling from 3 months to 2 months prior to departure date $100 per person becomes non- refundable and nontransferable.
Cancelling inside 2 month prior to departure date: 100% is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Airfare is treated separately and subject to Airlines policy at the time of purchase.
Exceptions
The above cancellation policy may change and become a 100% non-refundable or non-transferable amount if IATH
purchases non-refundable airline tickets or other non-refundable items for the passengers. Airlines may change, cancel or
discontinue flights at their discretion, IATH is not responsible for any costs associated with such changes or interruptions.
The Company deserves the right to change the package cost depending on the economical status of the market as per the
Government policy.
Amendment By Customer
A minimum amendment fee of $100 per customer per amendment will apply for any changes made to existing booking. For
changes or re-issuance of air ticket or to flight component of the tour, a minimum administrative fee of $50 per ticket on top
of any airline charges or suppliers will be levied for any amendment, except for all special fares and promotional air tickets
including tax reserved are non-negotiable, non-endorsable, non-refundable. No refund will be made for any unused air
ticket. All requests must be made in writing, at any time prior to departure date and if possible prior issuance of air tickets.
Any change made to the departure date or the tour type or any change made to name of the customer will be treated as
cancellation of tour. The Company will revert to the customer within 14 working days upon receiving written notice of the
request for amendment. A postponement of tour by customer for any reason is a tour cancellation. Under such circumstances,
the above Payment & Cancellation Policies will apply.
Amendment to Tour Itinerary by IATH
The Company makes reasonable effort to avoid changes in the itinerary. However, the Company reserves the right to alter the
tour itineraries, travel arrangements and / or make necessary changes to the hotel reservations due to unforeseen changes
in transportations, conditions in the countries of travel or transit according to the tour itinerary or upon the occurrence of a
force majeure event. Such alteration may be made as deemed appropriate by the IATH with or without prior notice to the
customers and without further compensation due to the unforeseen circumstances.
Jurisdiction
ANY DISPUTE IF ARISES IS SUBJECT MATTER TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE COURTS AND TRIBUNALS AT
MANALI DISTRICT KULLU OF HIMACHAL PRADESH IN INDIA SHALL HAVE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION TO
SETTLE ANY DISPUTE WHICH MAY ARISE OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS TOUR PACKAGE.
